Mortgages and getting your finances ready before you shop.
Get Pre Qualified before you start shopping. Start your home buying prepared by speaking with your bank or a mortgage broker first. They will be able to provide you with a pre approval or pre qualification letter. The letter will also show the type of loan (Conventional, FHA or VA) along with an amount that you qualify for.
- Unless you are a cash buyer, speak with your bank or a mortgage broker about financing.
- Most sellers do require Proof of Funds or a Pre Qualification letter when you submit an offer.
